The final game of October was away at Jarvis Brook where we were on the wrong end of a 4-0 score line.

There were two changes to the squad from last week with the addition of Adam Smith and Andy McPhail. We made what is now a traditionally shaky start to the match with Jarvis Brook dominating the early exchanges. However, as the game progressed Harrison and Felstein started to get a grip on the midfield, which meant that, as a team, we started to dictate the play and by half time we were clearly dominating. With the game goal-less at the break it was all to play for - unfortunately we seemed to still be in the changing rooms when the second half started. Within 15 minutes of the restart we were 2-0 down and our continual lapses in concentration meant that by the end Brook had made it 4-0. We rarely threatened throughout the second half, creating only a few half chances – another poor performance.
